Shipping & Returns


Orders are processed and shipped within 14 days of being placed, except U.S. Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns about your order, we will generally let you know within 24 to 48 hours.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon, and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal process all of our orders. We do not have access to your payment information. 


At checkout, you will select the shipment method you prefer.  We offer shipping via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and DHL. Some of these methods may be unavailable to some customers.   

We require signature confirmation on all deliveries.  We apologize for any inconvenience this requirement may cause you, but we want to be sure your Axon® gets into your hands.

At this time, Axon® is available for shipment only within the United States. 


Because Axon® is built by hand, inventory is limited, and you may find that the version you want to purchase is out of stock at times.  In that case, please let us know that you would like to be notified when products are available, and we will send you an e-mail when the stock has been replenished.  


All sales are final.  In the event that we make a mistake on your order, or if your Axon® arrives damaged, please take pictures of the incorrect or damaged product (and shipping tube, if applicable), and contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment.  We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and will send you a replacement Axon®.
